Huge props to our Public Hours volunteers who hold it down. Last week, we had full lines of visitors hoping to use our workspace and get support from volunteers, and between Sunday and Tuesday, our team of volunteers showed up and worked through them all! Your presence and support are so valuable.

As part of the global project to rethink curbside parking as public commons, from 2-6pm tomorrow, Wolverines on Wheels, Michigan Urbanism Club, and More Neighbors A2 will be popping up their own parklets and third places on State + Liberty. Everyone’s welcome.

Public engagement continues for adding a bikeway on the northern stretch of Division Street and over the Broadway bridge.

Saturday, 10/3: Smart Cycling COMPLETE Course
Learn to ride safely and confidently with Smart Cycling Complete! This two-part course is perfect for adult cyclists looking to improve their bike-handling skills, understand traffic laws, and feel more comfortable riding on public roads. This is the official full training from the League of American Bicyclists.
