A2Zero Week 2025
Sunday also is the first day of this year's A2Zero Week, celebrating sustainable living in Ann Arbor. Common Cycle is one of many A2Zero Passport "stops", so folks may drop by the workshop as part of this citywide self-guided tour.

II. SATURDAY, 6/7: African-American Festival
12-4 PM, Kerrytown
We've been invited back to this year's African-American festival and are planning to host a pop-up from 12-5 PM. I'll be there from at least 12-2:30 PM to hang out / help folks work on their bikes. Please sign up below or feel free to drop by to say hello.

III. SATURDAY, 6/14: YMCA Block Party
12-4 PM, Downtown YMCA
Shannon L. will be leading the pop-up at this year's YMCA Block Party. Often a lively event, and a nice opportunity to support our neighbors at the Y, in addition to supporting block party revelers in covering their hands in bike gunk immediately prior to consuming a sno-cone.

III. SUNDAY, 6/15: A2SF Bike Pavilion
5-8 PM, Ann Arbor Summer Festival "Annex" Tent, Ingalls Mall
The Ann Arbor Summer Fest organizers encouraged CC to make use of their large Annex tent on Sunday, 6/15. We'll be hosting a maintenance & repair pop-up, and have invited several allied organizations to help turn the tent into a Bike Pavilion, including:
- CC Repair/Maintenance Pop-Up (open repair-support and/or skillshare stations)
- DIY Retroreflective Vinyl Decals (municipal-grade!) w/ Wolverines-on-Wheels
- Screening (on a loop, as it were) of The Loop of Pain, Dir. Jen Proctor's 2023 short film about Ann Arbor's bandit MTB loop.
Our first time hosting an event like this - please sign up if you'd like to lend a hand or otherwise, please drop by to say hello if you're in that neck.

5:30-8 PM, Ann Arbor Summer Festival (Near Burton Tower)
Common Cycle's supply of tools and supplies will also be available at the Summer Fest's two Bike Nights this year.
