Hi, CC’ers - 

Welcome to another weekly installment of volunteer opportunities. Grab a buddy, ride over, and hang out with us in the shop (or under a canopy) while we get community members wrenching on their bikes.

Another week of your pick between two lovely days – helping on Sundays and Tuesdays are both equally valuable. Come by and help folks get their hands dirty.

• Division Street Bikeway Extension - Walking Tour on Friday, September 11
  
  Public engagement continues for adding a bike lane on the northern stretch of Division Street and over the Broadway bridge.
  
  A couple remaining events for learning more and submitting your thoughts:

• Walking Tour: September 11 (Friday) at 1 p.m., will start at Catherine and Division intersection and finish at Broadway Street.

• Informational Open House: September 23 (Wednesday) from 5-7 p.m., at the DDA offices (located in the Kerrytown Shops on the 2nd floor, right next to V2V clothing boutique).

• Submit your thoughts on Ann Arbor’s Carbon Offset Program
  
  The City of Ann Arbor is looking for community input to shape what kind of offsets to pursue. Your thoughts inform recommendations that will go to City Council at the end of 2026 or early 2027, and start being implemented in 2027.
