Demetrice served as BQLT Treasurer, Secretary, and Board President (2010-2014), as well as chair of the Operations Committee for over 11 years. Demetrice always helped when neighborhood groups approached BQLT to save their garden. Over time, BQLT added three more community gardens. Dorothy served on the Nominations Committee and in many vital capacities over the years! They were also long-time members of BQLT’s Classon Ful-gate Block Association Garden.
