[Java] CDMA Java 3.2.0 TAG

Dear all,

We are proud to say that Java CDMA 3.2 has been tagged and can be used by the community!
It provides following enhancements:

•   Repackaging: org.gumtree.data.* becomes org.cdma.*
•   Unify dictionary mapping (i.e dictionary methods declaration to be unified between C++ and java)
•   Dictionary synonyms
  
•   PathParameter replaced by a key filtering mechanism (to rely on data contents)

All available plug-ins and engines have been updated (and tagged) to fulfill API's requirements.
