Hi folks
Actually I experience serious problems with backporting the CDMA
python wrapper to gcc 4.4. This is one of the rare moments where I got
really stuck. The problem appears during loading a dataset in the
factory code. It does not seem to be an issue of CDMA itself as pure C++
code works flawlessly.

This raises some problems for the release. Shall we release the python
interface for gcc 4.7 only. Or take the python wrapper out of the
release and put it in the next one. In principle it would be possible to
release the C++ part (as this seems to work) and postpone only the
Python release. This might be a wise decision as I do not know which
problems lie ahead with Windows (David do you have already results?).

Any suggestions from you guys?

regards
Eugen

Hi Eugen,

There are some python::boost specialists here at SOLEIL. Perhaps they can help us to solve this issue.
Could you describe the problem with gcc 4.4 ?
