Looking for Properties - Residential & Commercial

Hi,

TheGoodDealGuys.com are currently looking for more properties we can contract for in order to market them through our website and to our list of investors.

These have to be good deals. If you would not do the deal yourself, don't send it to me.

Any type of property. Residential, rehab, new construction, multi-unit or commercial. If it is a good deal, we would like to review it and see if it will meet our investors qualifications.

We are especially looking for some really good multi-unit/commercial properties. 

There also needs to be room for our fee as well.

So if you have a property or properties that investors may be interested in, send it our way.  We may be able to help you move it.
