- 5 year rates range from 7.375% up to 9.75%

- No Balloon - Rolls to an ARM 6 MO LIBOR plus 5%

- Rates are based on credit score, LTV, and property type

- Cash Out Allowed for Any Purpose

- Max LTV of 65% if paying off an existing note

- Max LTV of 50% if property is free and clear
