Option for tracking only specific sites?

First, thank you very much for this extension! I've been searching for
such a thing for years.

But I have a little suggestion: Is it possible to add a positive
filter?
I mean, an option for saving comment only on a specific site (such as
Youtube).
If it's possible, then I think it'll be much easier to just pick the
sites we want, instead of filtering every site we don't want...

Thanks for the positive comments! That is a very good suggestion
actually - I will definitely look into it. I am somewhat busy nowadays
so it might take a while, but I'll look into it.
