That said, it does not follow that these children are bad or should be punished because they have some difficulty with the English language. This book covers all of the basic rules of grammar and provides examples to help children understand how they should behave when making grammatical decisions. There are even charts provided for students to track their progress.

I enjoyed this book and found that although it covered every topic, it was written in a very easy to understand way. I found myself actually wanting to read more of his books as I really did enjoy learning with this one. I especially enjoyed the sections on common errors and ways to correct them. These are things I am sure that most parents would be glad to know about, and they will most likely want their children to learn these things as soon as possible to avoid having these problems.

I think that The Only Grammar Book You'll Ever Need by Thurman is an excellent choice for any child who is looking for a good grammar book. It is very thorough and very easy to read, which is why I think it's such a good choice for elementary students as well as high school students. It also covers the basics very well, which is something many other books fail to do. All in all, I think this is a great book to buy for your child. I wish I had bought it sooner!
