Form Forwarding

Hi!

We have set up our application (named - coco-2013-09) to forward cases to our server and we have used this feature very successfully in the past. However, we have had 34 new submissions in the last 5 days and none of them have made it to our server.

Do you folks have any ideas about what might be going wrong here?

We are currently looking into errors affecting form forwarding on a small number of project spaces. We will let you know when we have more information.

Hi Nandini,

We have diagnosed and fixed an internal problem that was causing a blockage in the forwarding system. All forwarding is restored, including all that did not get sent during this interval.
