Is someone know how to change the commcare form in android as like a webform but not step by step. 

And how to import data from a table to create a dropdown list,

On Android you can only achieve this by putting all of your questions inside a Question List group (first image)

 

And how to import data from a table to create a dropdown list,

You can import data as described here and then select this table in a Lookup Table question (second image)
