sony ericsson ST17i screen Black problem

Dear all

i have problem with dead sony ericsson st17i active with no response.it's just happend suddenly.i surprised to see that it's just not working.i pressed the power button but nothing happend even i wanted to switched off the phone in order to restart it but fruitlessness i removed the battery & back again but nothing happend only feeling the vibration when i pressed the power button.can anybody help me?

Hi Tewelde,

It sounds like you may have a problem with your phone that is unrelated to CommCare. I recommend taking your phone to a mobile shop and seeing if it can be fixed.
