Production local install........trying again

Well I just built a new ubuntu 16.04 LTS server for another test of the production environment.  I took snapshots the entire way so I do not have to do this again......I hope.

after following the instructions.......working through the several omissions and missed steps I thought I would have a working version of the new production commcarehq..........no dice.

if i go to my vm ip address http://198.168.1.52 i get this feedback.

Exception Type: OperationalError at /
Exception Value: FATAL:  password authentication failed for user "commcarehq"
FATAL:  password authentication failed for user "commcarehq"

well i got the nginx issue resolved.......my bad.  but still have the authentication error with the commcare user.

Hi John

That looks like a configuration issue with PostgreSQL authentication setup. Are you able to connect to PostgreSQL via the command line using the same parameters?
