Hi, I have a client who will be registering 7 iPads for me. What is the correct way to acquire the ID number?  I cant ask the client to setup a web server to monitor the web servers log files

This topic was mentioned just yesterday in a thread you followed:

"There are three options to get the new ID:
  1. By following the directions in the My Account section of the website to add your device to the 'Unlicensed Devices' list in your account.

Hi thanx, I was following the instructions from http://www.commandfusion.com/wiki2/software/iviewer/licensing/retrieving-your-device-id

which used emailid.commandfusion.com as the url and it was giving me errors on load up. Changed it to id.commandfusion.com and now it works
