Registering Amazon FireHD fails

Hi!

I bought an Amazon FireHD10  and tried to register it to my account.

After entering URL id.commandfusion.com and restarting the iviewer it starts with the registration page, I type in the mail address from my cf account and press "Send". GUI shows "Sending information" and gets stuck. Device is not listed in my account.

Anybody an idea what the problem is? Or does the registration mechanism not support Amazon FireHD tablets as they are normally running a customizied Android?
