Updated AMX iViewer Module

Bruno Arosemena has been kind enough to work on the AMX iViewer module
over the past few days, and has made the following updates:

- Feedback refresh at initialisation
- The slider values are now read out of the gui file so you
can do different settings for each slider
- The Digital joins 0-999 are now for internal use like
pageflip
- Join 1001 to 1999 is for Port:1 Channel:1-999
- Join 2001 to 2999 for Port:2 Channel:1-999 etc.

Not being an AMX programmer, I cannot test the new module, so I have
uploaded it to the files section of this group as AMX_Module_REV02.zip

Within the zip there are a few files, which I might have to leave
Bruno to explain, but they are probably familiar to AMX programmers
anyway.

Please provide feedback of the modules if you are an AMX programmer.
Lets try and get a finished module out there, with documentation, so
all AMX programmers can add iPhone control to their projects with
ease!
