First, I’ll summarize what I learned earlier from the Crestron Yahoo Group:
1. WMM (wireless multi-media) a setting on many of today’s routers, when turned ‘off’, will improve connection/re-connection performance in the ‘Crestron Mobile Pro/G software.’
AND
2. A ‘Network Settings’ Reset can and should be performed after the iOS device (iPhone or iPad) undergoes an Apple update. DISCLAIMER***: please read below for details on what happens when a reset is performed.
Has anyone experimented with this and seen an impact on either traditional Command Fusion/JavaScript CIP/Javascript Crestron Mobile implementation?
The complete post has been pasted below for those who are interested.

Thanks glad it helped. I started having another problem
after either an IOS or Mobile Pro update on my iPad to where it would popup
after the auto-lock put it to sleep and then when you unlocked it you would get
the message that WiFi had been powered off... It was driving me crazy since it
was working perfect. After this popup Mobile Pro would be sitting at the select
a system screen and once you reconnect it was like the Crestron processor had
rebooted you were at the beginning so reselect room, sources etc.. real PIA.
After much digging for a solution I found a very simple fix go into iPad
settings, General scroll down and select reset, then reset network settings.
You will loose network passwords and probably anything else related to
networking and it will also reboot your iPad heads up for people that are jail
broke and teathered. Once again I have a great functioning iPad/Mobile Pro
combination, I woke up this morning and after unlocking the iPad, Mobile Pro
was sitting right where I left it page wise and was connected press of a button
and I got immediate response. I read that its good to do the network reset
after IOS update. Once again hope this helps somebody else.

plagued me since I started installing iPads, iTouches, and iPhones as control
interfaces for my clients. To give you an idea of how much you helped, think of
how wonderful it would be to deal with that problem in an install where the
client had 2 iPads, 7 iTouchs, and 2 iPhones. Bro... YOU DA MAN!!!

had AirPlay streaming perfectly now. Prior I was lucky to get 2Mbs on a 30Mb
internet connection steady running speedtest app on iphone/ipad granted that
was across internet and AirPlay is LAN traffic. Watching the traffic monitor of
the wireless interface on router while ipad is streaming music from top 100
music app to AppleTV which usually worked for a song or 2 then would start
cutting in and out and eventually drop AirPlay connection if you were in the
bathroom or on patio. It has streamed great using almost 1Mbs while sending
from iPad to AppleTV so that 2Mb speedtest must have been best I could do speed
wise from iPad/iPhone to access point when you factor in the bandwidth when
next song loads, email checking etc. it maxed it causing AirPlay to get
dropped. I'm 15 songs in with out a hitch and running speedtests on iPhone
several times even back to back getting 13Mbs in and 2Mbs out steady each test
with out any interruption to AirPlay.
