I currently create a local device and a remote device, for local and remote access.

Is there a better way to do? something in JS?

Cheers

You could listen to the networkstatuschanged event, and then adjust the IP address of the system appropriately:
http://commandfusion.com/docs/scripting/net.html#cF.NetworkStatusChangeEvent
http://commandfusion.com/docs/scripting/net.html#cF.setSystemProperties

Or use a VPN and it will always work, or use a router than supports NAT loopback so that the WAN IP Address (or DYNDNS hostname) works both locally and remotely.
