Cannot save any "Reules" on LAN Bridge

I tried to "save" a rule on LAN Bridge, but it shows this error.

"RLW" Invalid Rules Entry Start Address

F/W is, 1.2.31b

Actually, it happened on another LAN Bridge as well before.

Of course, I tried below, but sill same.

-factory reset

-Connect "TCP" instead of "UDP"

So maybe this is the "well-known bug", correct?
