Tech support issue

Hello kind people!

Has anyone been able to contact tech support directly lately?

I have issue with LaunchPad password reset, but can't get any responce from CF support.
Known to me email adress does not respond, "Submit a support ticket" function not active and i see no CF support people replies in this forum...

Did i missed something? Does company still exists?

i see the app is no longer in the google play store?

has Iviewer been abandoned ?

In Apple store iViewer 4 and 5 are still there.

yea that is the feeling I'm getting

while i would love to continue using this system we cant continue with a product that has no support or that could just vanish one day

while the apps are still there in some form what if the license server was to go offline?

ill have to start looking around for other options

what is everyone else using for UI on IOS / Android? (ideally not AMX or Crestron)

I contacted them via ticket support and they replied quickly. Commandfusion project is not abandoned. Short staffed and very busy.

Iv submitted a ticket, lets see what happens

the Android app was last updated in 2020 (and is not on the play store)

the last time any of the IOS apps was updated was 4+ years ago 

the last blog update was 2019

their phone number on the website goes unanswered

many people have emailed support and received no response 

the last reply from a CF member in this group was May last year

abandoned feels very much like an appropriate label, but I would be thrilled for a CF staff member to correct me

No, it is not active and hasn’t been for years.  No updates to any software, any apps or any tech support related issues.  Nothing.  Total abandonment of any Crestron integration.

An announcement/update norice to customers who have invested a fortune in licenses would have been polite.

Its is a crying shame. It has been an excellent piece of software.

Anyone in Aussie land want to try and get ahold of Jarrod Bell by traditional means and see what his intent is?   If they are going to abandon it maybe they could update the licensing in the app?
