Change order Action Group in a Button

Hi,
In a button wiht two Action Groups, Is it possible to change the order of Action Group on a button, depending on the state of another button?

The action groups cannot be modified at runtime. If you need more complex functionality you will need to use JavaScript to achieve your requirements rather than Action Groups.
