Hi All,
I know its been a couple of years since some were wondering about Command Fusion, however, I just had what is perhaps the best customer support experience I have had from any company with them.

Perhaps this should be in the CF Hardware group, but what happened was that in 2021, I downloaded new firmware to my LAN Bridge. I updated from v1.0.4b to 1.2.27. At that point, I was unable to send commands to execute the stored sequences I had created and stored in the LAN Bridge from iViewer that were working with v1.0.4b. I went through extensive troubleshooting with Jarrod's help and even tried connecting to the LAN Bridge via a Telnet client and sending the command that way. All means of executing the commands failed even though they worked with v1.0.4b.

So I tried going back to 1.0.4b and each time I tried to do so, the download of 1.0.4b failed even with the "hardware reset" method that is on their Wiki in the LAN Bridge section, via UDP, COM port, etc.

CF, at the time, left it at "we're working on it". Since I'll be getting a new networked AVR in the near future, I wanted to resolve this even if it meant I needed to get a new LAN Bridge.

Anyway, I contacted CF Customer Support through the link on their web site, and to make the long story short, I was ultimately offered a remote support session, and in that session, the CF Support representative was able to revert the firmware back to v1.0.4b and get the LAN Bridge working again without my having to buy a new one.

IMO, the experience was above and beyond what I expected, to say the least, and is the best customer support experience that I have ever had with any company.

The CF representative told me that they are still alive and well, and it sounds like they have, at the very least, website updates coming.

So anyone looking for help with an issue that they cannot resolve through other means, I suggest submitting a support request through their web site and hopefully, you'll be treated as well as I was.

TO CF Support - Thank you!

Cheers.
