iViewer Update Issues

I have three clients calling me now this week already (hope no more) telling me that after updates the iviewer 4 they could not actually use the system properly.

On response to site 1 Yesterday I noticed the iViewer does not make instant connection to Crstron CP2E Box as am using CIP.js to connect from iviewer to cp2e,

Today again, noticed in another site that iviewer 4 hangs (like it works on an orientation at a point then seized working until you change to another orientation then continously like that... that switching between portrait and landscape..... strange).

Yet to attend to the third site as it is kind of sure something is wrong with the updated version.

pls help CF team.

We have not witnessed these issues, but then not using CIP. Did you test with iViewer Next? was it working with the latest iViewer Next version? If not, any information you can provide will help. So far, we suspect the issue exists only with people using CIP, so this may be an implementation detail in CIP.js that doesn't work the way it should after the upgrade.

Yes florent iviewer next is working fine, I just test but iviewer 4 still has the issues

Okay, which version of iViewer Next are you testing with? Also please update to iViewer 4.0.242 (available since yesterday on the AppStore) just to make sure you're using the latest one.

iPad 1 iOS 5, i just need to check the version of the iviewer next i all when i make next visit but i think it is the latest v4.0.241

Hi CF team, 

i also have issues. 

iPad 1, iOS4.3
iviewer v4.0.242 / 242
next v4.0.241

With both versions, the client called that the application dind't respond after updating
When launching with the file url id.commandfusion.com i can fill in an adres while loading the gui file, but after 
it's loaded, i can't do anything anymore with the app!

So, it looks like the update creates a bug?!

I tried reboot, re-install etc. 

somebody else?

Please email support at commandfusion dot com, and attach your GUI in a zip file.

Also describe what your GUI is doing, and if there are particular setup instructions. There is no reason for your GUI to not load. Does the GUI display? If yes, is there an active connection to the remote systems? Please include as much information as you can, including hardware model and OS versions for the devices.
