I would like to change my commandFusion license, because my old Ipad was broke.

How can I proceed with this?

I need to post here my UDID (old one and new one)?

Please, let me know how can i fix it?

Hi, you can manage the license transfer yourself from the My Account Device Management page (http://www.commandfusion.com/myaccount) just by pressing the "Transfer License" button and follow the instructions from there.

But firstly make sure you register your new device first. Instructions can be retrieved from http://www.commandfusion.com/wiki2/software/iviewer/licensing/retrieving-your-device-id

I was made the purchase via a distributor here in Brazil. Because it I didn't have an account on CF site. To make a license change I need to contact the local distributor? 

Because I tried to contact and request to change the license and didn't have a success. 

Could you advise how can I proceed with this?

Hi Aaron of course not. The distributor here is IHC Tecnologies. They sent the new license number for me. But i was tested a few minutes a go if i can started the subpages on my application. I asked them to request yours (CF) if everything is perfect.

Tomorrow probably i'll the the answer.

For future reference, if you create an account on our site - the distributor is able to transfer a license to your account. Making it much easier for you to manage in the future.
