IR learner unable to learn an IR code

Hi all,

I got an Grandview projection screen controller with an IR remote, I use my IR learner to learn the ir commands from the remote, I successfully learn the “stop”and “down” command and get them working, however the IR learner cannot process the "up" command.l

I have tested with the remote "up" button by itself, it works perfectly, and I can see the remote has IR flashing via camera.
However , after I learn the "up", the test output (IR learner) doesn't blast out any IR signal for "up"(it only happens when I test "up" command, it blast out IR signal with "down" and "stop")

And in the Hex view basic , "up" function appears as "0000 0D0E 0000 0000", which seems very short compares to other commands function.

Would you have any clue what is happening? Do you have any solution so I can learn this "up" IR code?

Ohh nevermind, it successfully learn the IR by some reason , probably is the remote distance problem.
