Creating secondary claims

In version 1.16B-01 we now have support for secondary claims.

On our examples page we have and ACU Example 50 that shows how to
use a two pass ACU conversion to first import the original 837p into
the database and then run a second pass ACU that will load an
associated
835 that has the payments on primary claims.

After the 837p and 835 files have been loaded we will process the
secondary
claims to the secondary carrier and produce and produce an X12 837p
secondary claims file.
