Converting 837p version 4010 claims into 837p version 5010 claims.

In version 1.16B-01 we now have support to create 837p Version 5010
claims.

On our examples page we have and ACU Example 52 that shows how to
use the ACU conversion to import an original 837p into the database
and
then process and compile out an new 837p using a c1.cfg file
configured
for version 5010.
