We have been using example 52 of the X12 to convert an 837p version
4010 to version 5010.

Example 52 has been configured for use with MACSIS
http://www.mh.state.oh.us/what-we-do/protect-and-monitor/macsis/

The C1.CFG file has been configured to accommodate EOL specification
outlined here.
http://www.mh.state.oh.us/what-we-do/protect-and-monitor/macsis/technical-documentation/eol-issues-revisited.shtml

We have been told by the member of the MACSIS MIS staff, the the above
document regarding EOL can be disregarded and will be removed at some
point. We are being told any valid delimiter can be used and will be
accepted.
