Testing Florida Medicaid

We are in the process of testing with Florida Medicaid.
We will be using example 52 converting a 837p 4010 to 5010
Here is what we are looking at first

ISA*00* *00* *ZZ*xxxxx *ZZ*
*xxxxxx*0000*U*00501*000000003*1*T*:
The ISA09 segment is missing a number.

GS*HC*00000**00000000*1512*000000003*X*005010X222
The GS03 segment is missing a number.

ST*837*000000003
The ST03 segment is supposed to contain the version number again as in
GS08

PER*IC*XXXXX XXXXXXXX*TE
The PER04 segment is missing the telephone number

NM1*85*2*XXXXXX XXXX XXXX XX XXXX XXXXXXX*****24
The NM108 segment should be XX
This line should also have a NM109 segment that has an NPI or other
primary identifier.

REF*1G*111111
This line can be removed as it is not needed

REF*EI*999999
This line should contain the TAXID number which was removed and
replaced
with 222222

N4*XXXXXXXXX**99999
The N402 segment should contain the patient state

CLM*9999999999999999*116*** ::9*Y*A*Y*Y*B
The segment CLM05 should contain the location code for the services
rendered

In review of this issue select the View File button on the button bar
or X12 View File from the drop down menu.
In looking at I0000001.tcf the output of our example 52 we see that
across the top of the dialog
box it says View X12 837 5010. Below this select the View Data button.
In the View X12 screen we have another Select
button and our ISA is highlighted. Clicking the Select button brings
up the ISA segment. I can slid down and see that the
ISA 9 is populated with the date.

The GS03 segment is missing a number.

This was a problem we caught about a in a prior release.

Here is what we are seeing.

The ST03 segment is supposed to contain the version number again as in
GS08

Here is what we are seeing in the example
ST*837*000000003*5010X222A1

We are correcting the version to say 005010X222
and correcting Generate in the C1.CFG Editor

Here is what the C1.CFG should look like

ST02=ON
ST03=ON,005010X222

have also been posted.
