To me , there are many advantages and disadvantages between intercultural relationships.
Advantages:1.Easy to learn other countries's culture.
2.Have more chances to make friends with foreigners.
                  3.Good for international trading

There are so many advantages, but I think breaking stereotypes is the significant change you can get from intercultural communication. Communicating directly can help you learn more about a different culture, more than anything that you can learn from the books or through any other means of media. For example, people always have bad prejudice of Muslim, but all the things, which we have known, are under others’ views. For me, if it’s that bad, why do people keep following? Therefore, they are all subjective and could be changed, different from the truth. Everything we know is just things people want us to know. That’s why it’s very important to experience other cultures by ourselves, it will break our stereotypes.

I think taking a dialectical perspective on intercultural relationships is good for many people to know other cultures and let others know about our cultures. Learning from each other is a good way to spread many informations. For the advantages, learning from each other to get a new view of the world, it is good for economy, making different ethnics get closer.

In my opinion, we make intercultural relationships that will bring us a lot of advantages. For instance, we can practise foreign language, we can learn somethings good for others. We can see a world form a different view, which will help us more optimistic and objective. We communicate more that will be good for the development of humanity. We do know each other's culture, which will decrease discriminations, even a war. Anyway, intercultural communication is good for us, we need to make some intercultural relationships, after all, we are not the best, we have different merits to learn.

I believe there have a lot of advantages on intercultural relationships. First of all, we could know each other more. between different countries and ethnic, religious have a lot of contradictions. The main reason is we didn't know each other very well.  Intercultural relationships is the way to know each other. Such like some people believe Chinese really hate Japanese. That is not true. We just want Japanese objective admit their mistakes in history. Apart from this, most Japanese things are very popular in China.

Today, we are globalizing and making international trade, so developing intercultural relationships as well as learning other cultures is very important. We can take many advantages from intercultural relationships, for instance, in business field. To do business with other countries well, you have to understand clearly the market and nothing is better than communicating with native people. So many big companies fell because they didn’t use intercultural relationship when researching the market. They just hide some market survey companies to do market research and develop the plan according to that result without understanding or even don’t know and see the actual things are going on the real market.

In my opinion, taking a dialectical perspective on intercultural relationships has many advantages, this way can reflect that intercultural have some advantages and some problems. We need to accept intercultural and refuse some problems. For example, KFC and McDonald got foot in Chinese market and they are very popular to Chinese people. And American fast food culture is very convenient, and it’s easy to accept in China, and every medium or big cities all have KFC and McDonald restaurant. But at the same time, this fast food influence Chinese traditional eating customer. Based on this reason, Chinese people create some Chinese fast food restaurants for saving Chinese traditional eating customer.

I think that the advantages of taking a dialectical perspective on intercultural relationships are very important. If you used Differences-Similarities Dialectic, you can compare the difference between east culture and west culture .Such as In China, people like to buy the litter car, because the price is expensive, fuel-efficient car, and the Chinese people most thin. In America, people like to buy a cart, such as pickup, because the price is cheaper, but most Americans are big size. In China, people like to do all kinds of food, to spend a lot of time. In the United States, most people like to eat simple food, such as fast food. So I think advantages of taking a dialectical perspective on intercultural relationships is very important.

In my opinion, the advantages of intercultural relationships include (1) acquiring knowledge about the world. (2) breaking stereotypes, and (3) acquiring new skills. Today is a more and more countries come to globalization. People need to open mind and not see the things always in old view. Information sharing, acquiring new skills can make people in all over the world have progress together.
