Political history can influent communication in many aspects. For example, in America, people have freedom to speak whatever they want, no matter it’s related to political or some sensitive subjects. In my country, we cannot talk about any thing related to politic. When we learn history, the teacher can say good things about government and what have been written in the books. They also want to talk about some facts of history which are not good about politic, government and mistakes they made, but they cannot. It will be considered reactionary and they can be arrested. Therefor, they always talk around and lead students to the facts instead of saying directly.

Culture not only influences communication but also is enacted through, and so is influence by, communication. Scholars of cultural communication describe how various aspects of culture are enacted in speech communication in situ, that is, in contexts. They seek to understand communication patterns that are situated socially and give voice to culture identity  Specifically they examine how the cultural forms and frames(terms, rituals, myths, and social dramas) are enacted through structuring norms of conversation and interaction.

I choose political history. Although we cannot read every book written, we do have greater access to written history. When these types of history focus on political events, we call them political histories. For example, During the Cold War, Russia and America almost cut off communication because they have different political belief. this is political history influence.

I think that the political history is influence more than others. For example, the political issues between Mainland China and Taiwan. Resulting the mainland and Taiwan cut off communication about 60 years. For another example, Korea and South Korea have different political belief, these two countries still cut off communication now.

Cultural-group histories are the history of each group within a nation includes where the group originated, why the people migrated, and how they came to develop and maintain their cultural traits.

For example, United States is a country of immigrants. The original generation may come from different countries because of war, business, or seeking a better life. Some of them came to United States for more than 10 years or they are the second or third generation; they would join their own group, for instance, Chinese are with Chinese, Vietnamese are with Vietnamese, Indian are with Indian. They tried to study the culture in United States, while they would still keep their own culture, such as food, holiday, and tradition.

These different cultural-groups are related to different nations in the world. It makes people to notice and solve the cultural problems; and to avoid some unnecessary conflicts among different groups of people from different cultures.

I think the family is essential to influence communication. We all grew up with our families.  Since we borned, we learn language from our parents, we communicate with our family memebrs, we learn thinking ways from our parents, we all like our parents. Our family members directly influence our behaviros. All of these reasons cause we have different backgound. At the same time, we are also individual, we learn something differnent from society, which also define our differences from our parents. But our fundamental charecteristics come from our family. So, for me, the family is very important for our communication.

History, although it is past, continues to shape contemporary cultural experiences. And in family history I know about family histories Histo- ries of individual families that are typically passed down through oral stories. You might talk to members of your own family to discover how they feel about your family’s history. Find out, for example, how family history influences their perceptions of who they are. Do they wish they knew more about their family? What things has your family continued to do that your forebears prob- ably also did? Do you eat some of the same foods? Practice the same religion? Celebrate birthdays or weddings in the same way? The continuity between past and present often is taken for granted. These views have a lot of impact on communication.

Political history is the narrative and analysis of political events, idea and leaders. we do not need to read every books and we have the chance to write the history.when these potical events occurs, it become political history.
As a result, political history will affect communication. political events have powerful rights to affect communication. For example, chinese national people's congress have rights to create public holidays.

For my perspective, national had influenced the communication a lot.
In old times, people didnt want to understand the other countries' history or culture, they shared everything to their own countries' people. They were just proud of their own country. They just wanted to live in their own narrow cricles.

Even now, people are expected to be familiar with this particular telling of their own history so they can understand the many references used in communication.Such as ,yet U.S. students seldom learn much about the histories of other nations and cultures unless they study the languages of those countries. Because national history gives us a shared notion of who we are and solidifies our sense of nationhood.
