Have you applied for a Mentor ? (http://pw.esn.pl/content/mentor)

Usually, this  (showing you around) is done by your Mentor :)

Hello people! I'm new in the mailing list!

I'm a Spanish student and I'm going to arrive to Warsaw on 25th
september.

I have already applied for a Mentor, but I have one question: Are you
supposed to send someone to pick up us at the airport as a part of the
Mentor Program? I ask this because the responsible for Erasmus
students in the faculty where I am going to study (Electrical
Engineering) have offer me to send someone at the airport to help me
there and I have answer her telling that I have applied for your
Mentor program and that I thought that you were going to send someone.
Finally I told her to get in contact with you so you both only send
one person. Her name is Edyta Karzewska, just in case.

I also have another question :P Are you going to organize any
activities or get-to-know stuff between the Erasmus before the course
starts? If so, is there any schedule or something?

your mentor should pick you up from the airport, it's part of his responisbilities. If he/she has not offered to do that, ask him.

there will be an event around the beginning of the course commence: Orientation Weeks.

As soon as a schedule is ready, you will receive information about it on era...@samorzad.pw.edu.pl mailing list  and there will be information on our website. please monitor our web frequently :)

Orientation weeks stars usually around beginning of October/end of September and last 2 weeks, invovle many get-go-know staff activities and a lot of fun
