★NEWS & UPDATES:
Since 4th of May we are starting with the new application session. You can already register yourself for housing in the upcoming academic year 2010/2011. Rooms will be available from the end of September (~25th). It is possible to come to Warsaw earlier, however it is a bit more complicated. Those of you who are going to come here for the first time can see the list of PW dormitories here and information on costs here. Very soon I will send you more information about dormitories (facilities, furniture, more photos and much more).
Since 30th of June dormitory “Tatrzańska” is going
to be temporarily unavailable due to renovation. It is not going to influence
the number of places for international students.
PS. Usually everyone receives places in dormitories so registration means accommodation☺

★ACCOMMODATION DURING SUMMER (1st July – 25th of
September)
If you are planning to come during Summer 2010 (1st of July ~ 25th of September) you should contact local Residents Council in selected dormitory. Full list of links to Residence Councils can be found here. During Summer usually most dormitories are available as hostels for tourists so pricing will be probably different, higher than normal.
★ACCOMMODATION IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2010/2011:
To register yourself, please follow an appropriate link and fill up the form. Deadline is not set yet (probably around end of June). After you submit the application, you will have to wait till 1st of July for the decision. It will be sent to you by email

Hope you are doing great. I'll shortly send my other colleagues of EMARO who are coming to Warsaw to join this group and we can have some quick introductions to get to know each other ;). For now, I am sending the information and necessary contacts for EMARO which will clarify a lot of doubts. Have fun !!!

Hey Kumar!
Nice to have you and our future colleagues here...Can you please
explain how will you choose a dormitory...and also, you told me that
all Emaro students are staying in Sezam dormitory, why should we then
apply for any if it is already strictly decided by the
consortium...Thanks in advance

Hey Denis !!!
Nothing is strictly decided. You may chose to live in your own
apartment separately if u like. The procedure adopted by them is a
formal procedure to keep records of students who wants to stay. But
yeah, these dormitories in Warsaw are pretty good (what i heard from
Warsaw friends) so i suggest u to apply for it and in case you don't
like it, you can still choose your option after getting there whenever
u like. Some students here in Italy did the same, so don't worry much
about accommodation, the consortium takes care of it !!!
