I'm not the right person to answer your questions but I may be of help to
show you where to look for the answers and whom to ask :)

As far as I know, it's possible to attend courses at different faculties
according to a discussion at our forum
(http://esn.elka.pw.edu.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=628 ) you need to
register to have access, I encourage this:
"30% of the subjects on learning agreement can be from other faculties
than the hosting one"

you can find information about all (or most of) the subjects at Warsaw
Univ. of Tech. which are held in English at this website:
http://www.cwm.pw.edu.pl/EN/index_.phtml?item1=education_programmes&item2=erasmus&item3=courses

but for the definite answer to your question you should contact Center For
International Cooperation:
