previews not showing up during reconcilation

Hi, last 2 or three months, when i do the reconcile, the previews is
not showing up in the reconcile. any idea why and how to fix?

I can read your question 2 different ways.

1. Previews is not showing on the lower half of the screen.

    Are you sure you are inputting the date correctly for the "Find Monthly Items" button?

    Try inputting using in the form JUN09. Sometimes when people input in the form 069, they confuse the month with the year order.

2. Preview catalogs are not being auto pulled for customers.

    Diamond removed the Vender# for some items. They did this to keep "secret" which venders you were purchasing stuff from. If you look in the Diamond All form, the Previews Catalog won't contain a vender # now. Because CBPF matches the Item Description and Vender to auto pull an item, Previews catalogs won't be found. You can try to check the "All Venders" checkbox and see if that works. I've fixed CBPF 1.12 to not require a vender # because of this. I (once again) got in trouble with Diamond over this. I contacted all CBPF stores via e-mail to let them know that Diamond was going to do this before it happened and Cheryl was "pissed" because the stores were contacting her. You should be able to find my email to you from several months ago about this.

If the "All Venders" checkbox doesn't work, you could manually add the Diamond Vender # into the correct field in the Diamond All form after importing each month, or wait for CBPF 1.12. Other than that, you could call Diamond and complain that they made this change and didn't inform you (I don't recall seeing an official announcement about the change to the files).

    I wish I had a better answer. Diamond quit putting a number into a field which they stated would always have a number. I suggested she have a "miscellaneous" vender for "secret" venders. That went nowhere.
