A fantastic idea brought up by a fellow /co/mrade is that we should
put together a little folder/booklet, showcasing fanart for BATB to
give as a token of appreciation to the producers/writers of the show.

If you have fanart you would like submitted, share it here! Even if
you cannot make it to the convention, we can still submit it and we
can credit you (maybe have a credits page at the end).

And should anybody want to, we can try doing a collaboration cover?

Yes! A /co/mpilation is such a great idea! (This is why I love /co/)
Would we have a title for it or just call it The /Co/mpilation? And
I'm all for a collab cover.

I hope we can catch them at the con to give it to them. It would suck
if we went to all the trouble but ended up not meeting them in
person.

They may get confused with the /co/-bit, so yeah, we may call it
something else.

I don't see why they wouldn't have a panel, and worse comes to worse,
we can try to contact them and get an address to mail it to them. I'm
sure the Facebook page for the group could help out somehow.

*Facebook page for the series, not group. Sorry.

Apparently I forgot to post this to the group itself and accidentally
clicked reply in my email instead.

The panels are really big, and usually the creators/actors for the
panels leave right after the panel is over. (I remember my first year,
I brought something I wanted signed by Masi Oka from Heroes, but that
ended up not happening. The panel was great though!) But I have seen
people who go up to ask a question during Q&A and hand up their
presents then. Since most of us are planning to attend the BATB panel
anyway, I suppose it won't be a problem. Hopefully we don't get bumped
off the Q&A line for lack of time or anything. I've seen that happen
when too many people go up to ask questions.

And copy+pasting my question from the thread because I'm lazy.
"Would we just print it out on nice quality paper and stick it in a
binder or get it actually bound?"

Yeah, handing gifts over during Q&As happens at a lot of conventions,
so we could do that!

As for how to present it, I'm not sure if we should have them all
bound in a book or not. May be cheaper to just print them out on nice
paper and slip them into clear inserts and put them all in a binder.
That way, should they wanna take them out and hang them up, they can
do so without the hassle of ripping them out of a bound book.

Binder with inserts sounds like the better idea. Easier, more flexible
for last-minute entries, and as Morgan said, doesn't require
destruction should they remove one.
