Implementing into existing app - having trouble

I currently have an existing 4.2 app that I'm trying to implement Comfy into. I already have all of the pages (route/styling/etc.) written -- I just want comfy to target all of those pages so the client can edit the erb files through Comfy.

What's best practice of accomplishing this?
