Subject: SW Develoment Engineer for Instrumentation
Hi SGP colleagues
In my recent visit to Glasgow, Fred indicated that there is an instrumentation project that would be done in SGP. We are investigating this project with EasySync in USA and have started the findings (Hardik, Shankar & Srinivas have spent some time on this). FTDI will hire a full time engineer with 3-5 years experience in SW development for instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrum analyser), digital signal processing (DFTs, FFTs) techniques to develop this project in conjunction with the UK and USA sites. The candidate is very familiar with LabVIEW of National Instruments as well as confident with hardware boards for settings and measurements. As communication with the other FTDI sites is crucial, excellent presentation and communications skills are required.
I have spread out the word to people I know in Singapore, but if you know someone with these capabilities please ask them to contact FTDI SGP branch at the earliest convenience.
