CometD 5.0.6, 6.0.2 & 7.0.2 Released

Hi all,
CometD 5.0.6, 6.0.2 and 7.0.2 have been released.
These are just "refresh" releases that update their dependencies to
the latest versions, in particular for Jetty, respectively 9.4.39,
10.0.2 and 11.0.2.
These updates are important because they incorporate these new Jetty
releases that in turn have fixed a number of security vulnerabilities,
so you are strongly recommended to upgrade.
From the point of view of CometD changes, there is nothing
outstanding: just some code cleanups with respect to previous
releases, that's why I dubbed these releases as "refresh".
