If you mean writing a Ruby server-side implementation of Bayeux, there
are no plans, but it's interesting.
Have you tried JRuby and the Java implementation of Bayeux ?
Cometd is an open source project, so it's just waiting for
developers/maintainers for a native Ruby implementation.
