CometD 4.0.1 Released

Hi,

CometD 4.0.1 has been released.

This is a minor bug fix release for the 4.0.x series that incorporates
the fixes for 3.1.6
(https://github.com/cometd/cometd/milestone/15?closed=1) and
additional fixes that belongs only to the 4.0.x series
(https://github.com/cometd/cometd/milestone/14?closed=1).

This release brings better WebSocket compatibility with non-Jetty
Servlet Containers, and an improved WebSocket server-side
implementation.

The CometD Demo now works on HTTPS as well, which means also HTTP/2.
