CometD 3.1.8 Released

Hi,

CometD 3.1.8 has been released.

This is an important bug fix release that fixes a few instabilities in
the Oort library, in particular in the presence of bad networks.
If you use Oort, you are strongly advised to upgrade to this release.

CometD 3.1.8 also fixes a problem in IE/Edge with the Web Worker
scheduler, so again for CometD use with browsers you are strongly
suggested to upgrade.

The correspondent release of CometD 4.0.3 with the same fixes (and few
others) is due in the next days, waiting for Jetty 9.4.15.
