CometD 3.1.13 - Last 3.1.x Release

Hi all,

CometD 3.1.13 has been released.

This is a minor bug fix release, see here for the list of fixed issues:

This is very likely the last release of CometD in the 3.1.x series.
It is still based on the venerable Jetty 9.2.x (although it works with
Jetty 9.4.x), still based on Java 7, and it's about time to retire it
after a long service.

Users that are still using CometD 3.1.x are encouraged to move to
CometD 5.0.x and skip entirely CometD 4.0.x.

In the next days I will release CometD 4.0.7 which also will be the
last in the 4.0.x series, and CometD 5.0.0 which will inaugurate the
CometD 5.0.x series and will be the only actively maintained release
going forward.
