Comet 2026.01 rev. 0 is now available.

This release incorporates a couple of minor changes for collaborating developers (for index search file handling and Crux compilation).  This release was created to tag these changes for those devs.  Otherwise there's no other tangible benefits of updating to this release for standard Comet users.

Updates in this release include:

• Compute deltaCn for the decoy results if the decoy search is separate, in https://github.com/UWPR/Comet/pull/94.  Thanks to F. Egli for the pull request.
• Make idx files independent as before (no requirements of keeping fasta around), in https://github.com/UWPR/Comet/pull/100. Thanks to C. McGann for the request.
• Minor code changes to facilitate Crux integration. Note: Crux-Comet runs 60% slower than standalone Comet under Linux.
