Comet search with peff database in proteome discoverer

Hello,

I noticed the comet database search node in proteome discoverer (PD 3.1) and I was wondering if it is possible to perform a search with a peff database using this search node. It does not seem to be possible to import peff files in PD.

Sorry for the late response and this unhelpful answer which is I don't know but I would guess that PEFF is not supported in the PD node.  Thermo implemented the Comet node themselves and I don't have access to PD to even look into this.
