Hi All,

I was curious about what Linux distributions folks that do proteomics and use Comet might be running? Can I ditch Windows and still analyze bottom-up proteomics data? No need for lengthy replies. I am just starting to look into this. Thanks.

Are there any other Comet Linux users out there?? :) I probably don't count but I know of Comet running on Ubuntu 22 and Rocky Linux 8 here at the UW but those are with groups that I work directly with.
