Hi David, my idea is a ASP version using Perl, that works in IIS
(internet information service - win) and Apache (all linux and unix).
We develop our ASPL (asp + perl) applications using Notepad ++ and
Dreamweaver CS5. We can show you some of our codes in ASPL, and so,
you will have a idea about it.
Why make a ASP + Perl version of comet?
First: Be original. All desktops was made using PHP. But comet, was
made in Perl. With a new version in ASPL, Comet will be easily Cross
platform, easy to run on Windows IIS and Apache.
Second: The power of Perl "brain" in a ASP ambient, for us, that is te
better choice for one looking for Power of processing and Easy
development.
Regards
Eduardo
