Driver update for advantech PCI-1761

Advantech PCI-1761 device support to the driver adv_pci_dio has been added. Patch has been successfully tested on a real card (8 digital outs, 8 digital inputs).

Hi Anton,

I've attached the patch I intend to submit with your "Signed-off-by:"
line if that's okay with you. It's more or less the same as your
original patch, but forward-ported to the latest version of the kernel
sources, and I added '_REG' to the register name macros for consistency
with the latest version. You will also appear as the author of the
patch in the Linux kernel git repository.
