comedi_calibrate man page

Another comedi_calibrate issue: the man page is stored in the
comedilib repository. Wouldn't it make more sense to keep it in the
comedi_calibrate repository?

Yes, it would. The comedi_calibrate stuff was split out of comedilib
back in February 2006 but it looks like the man page got left behind!

I've now removed it from comedilib and added it to comedi_calibrate.
